Understanding Your Choice Strategies Plan

Welcome to your Choice Strategies plan! We’re here to help whether you have an HRA, FSA, HSA, DCA or Transit and Parking Plan. In order to get the most from your Choice Strategies’ Plan, we encourage you to take advantage of the many helpful features we offer.

You can:

• Sign up for their own Choice Strategies online account, which enables you to:
  • View your account balance
  • Submit claims online
  • Upload documentation to transactions
  • Request a new card
  • Update your personal information
• To set up your new online account, click here.
• Sign up for our voluntary Substantiation Service. This service reduces the need for you to send in receipts to substantiate purchases with your card.
