Founded in 2001
- Choice Strategies was founded in 2001 as a division of Choice Plus of New England
- Implemented the first debit card based HRA in the country in October 2001
- Organized The Choice Care Card, LLC as its own entity in 2003
- 2003 named to Business Insurance Largest Consumer Driven Health Care Plan Providers
- 2004 named to Business Insurance Largest Consumer Driven Health Care Plan Providers
- Reached 300 employer clients and 12,750 members in 2005
- Moved to new company headquarters in Waterbury Center, Vermont in 2007
- Named to the Metavante Advisory Board for the development of the Consumer Driven Benefit Payment Software in 2007
- Reached 1000 employer clients and 42,000 members in 2007
- Named the 6th fastest growing company in Vermont with more than 100 employees by Vermont Business Magazine 2008
- Expanded headquarters in 2009
